Circle of Art March 14 & 15, 2026
Circle of Art returns to Borrego Springs, supporting Women and Girls
March 14 & 15, Borrego Springs comes alive with creativity as it hosts the Circle of Art at Christmas Circle. This popular outdoor juried art show is free and open to the public, welcoming residents, and visitors alike to enjoy art in a relaxed setting.
Beginning in 2025, the event has been organized by Soroptimist International of Borrego Springs, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls. All proceeds from Circle of Art are directed towards supporting education and other initiatives that benefit women and girls in the Borrego Springs community. More information about these programs is available through Soroptimist International of Borrego Springs (www.borregosoroptimist.com).
Each Year, up to 50 artists are carefully selected to participate in the show. Circle of Art features a wide variety of artistic media, including oil and watercolor painting, photography, sculpture, pottery, weaving, mixed media, and jewelry.
A special tradition of the Circle of Art is the annual commemorative poster. Each year, one artist is chosen to have their work featured on a limited-edition print celebrating the event. For the 2026 Circle of Art poster, artist Nancy Lynn was selected for per piece title “Backyard Quail”. Both the 2026 poster and the 2025 Circle of Art poster will be available for purchase at the event.
With its combination of fine art, community spirit and a meaningful mission, Circle of Art at Christmas Circle continues to be a cherished Borrego Springs tradition while making a lasting impact on the future of local women and girls.

Poster Artists of the Year 2025
For the first year under the Borrego Springs Soroptimist Club, talented photographers Kathy King and Paulette Donnellon were selected as Poster Artists of the Year for the historic Circle of Art Festival. Their generous contributions created beautiful, one-of-a-kind artwork featured on this year’s stunning posters. Proceeds from these posters support scholarships, empowering local students in their educational journeys.
Thank you, Brooke at Infinite Exposures Photography, for beautifully capturing the special moments of the day!
